Responsibilities (job description):

At the top of our list of priorities for you is:

  • Manages strategic projects related to business development throughout the entire lifecycle from project preparation and bidding, to managing the project itself, and finally transitioning to operations. Communicates at an international level in coordinating sets of projects with both customers and suppliers.
  • - Analyzes requirements in accordance with competition documents and the contract, determines strategy for the project design, and assesses the feasibility of the project. If necessary, initiates a change process.
  • - Manages the development of the project design or plan to establish the timeline, financial limits, implementation processes, personnel requirements, and allocation of available resources according to the various phases of the project.
  • - Negotiates with the project sponsor/customer important changes in the specification or scope of the project.
  • - Has responsibility for the execution of the project throughout its entire lifecycle through project managers and project teams on both a local and global scale.
  • - Regularly reports to management and/or the sponsor/customer, Quality Assurance Department, CSO on the project development, effectively escalates issues.
  • - Maintains contact with the sponsor/customer/supplier at a tactical level, obtains feedback from the sponsor/customer, and manages their expectations.
  • - Identifies potential risks, escalations from the sponsor/customer, and implements corrective measures.
  • - Partial Responsibility: Participates in the preparation of tenders´documents.

Requirements:

  • - Technical knowledge of provided solutions and IT infrastructure (HW and SW)
  • - Knowledge of local public procurement laws - Experience with public procurement and public tenders
  • - Negotiation skills - Crisis management - Stress resilience - High work commitment
  • - Education: University degree, second level, field: technical, economic - Experience: 5+ years of experience in international PMO
  • - Language Requirements: Slovak language – C2 English language – C2 German language – an advantage
  • - PC Requirements: MS Office, JIRA - Certificates: PRINCE 2 Foundation Professional Scrum Master
