Regulatory Reporting/Data Specialist

We search candidates for a position of Regulatory Reporting/Data Specialist who will join a team of Regulatory Reporting, in our client´s company, international investment company with HQ in Prague.

What the team does:

This team is predominantly responsible for creating and submitting reports of financial and risk data to the Czech National Bank (FINREP, COREP, RESOLUTION frameworks), where the whole process is managed internally using in-house developed data solutions.

odpovědnost (popis práce):

Na prvním místě našeho seznamu priorit pro vás je:

  • • A bit of controlling: review of data from entities within the group, challenge from the perspective of nature of businesses and prudential methodology.
  • • A bit of regulation/risk management methodology: translation/interpretation of European prudential concepts into our reporting practice.
  • • A bit of risk/regulatory reporting: aggregation of data, calculation of risk measures, creation of final consolidated risk/regulatory reports for submission to the Czech National Bank.
  • • A bit of managerial reporting: evaluation and interpretation of data in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact onto the group.
  • • A bit of development: improving existing tolls and working on more efficient solutions.

Požadavky:

  • • Proficiency in MS Office, strong in Excel; • SQL / VBA - an advantage
  • • Financial background
  • • Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) basic knowledge – advantage
  • • ENG written, spoken; at least intermediate
  • • Analytical thinking, attention to detail
  • • Flexibility, enthusiasm
