Your tasks / your
Responsibilities (job description):

At the top of our list of priorities for you is:

1. Provide support in financial underwriting for real estate transactions across the Group - acquisition and divestment in CEE and Western Europe - in Excel
2. Provide support in execution of the investment memorandum/teasers for acquisition of new investors – in Power Point
3. Maintain databases of market research and information for CEE and Western Europe Real estate market
4. Create financial analysis papers on Financial instruments, ESG, Bank financing, new technologies in RE, etc. as required by the Senior Leadership
5. Provide support as required for the ongoing asset management across the Group
6. Provide support as required for the financial reporting across the Group

Knowledge/experience in real estate is not a must for this role.
Technical competencies, particularly in Excel, Power Point, Power BI will be vital for success in this position.
You will be willing to develop your skills in data analysis with a focus on a detail.
Ability to be a team player and work with the local teams in ZAM Group.
You will be: - a motivated, proactive and resilient individual. - good in time management and executing tasks within the requested timeline.
Degree-educated, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and fluent in English and preferable will have a knowledge of one other European language
